England - Locked down in Poole in March and April and May 2020

Daily Exercise and life under lockdown Dorset on the rocks We are staying home We should really be skiing! The everday story of coastal folk wishing the Corona Virus pandemic would pack up and go home. A Herd before the Lockdown We have been keeping away from gatherings for a few days now. We had our last Pub Sunday lunch on the 8th March. The Anchor at Shapwick is a lovely treat, normally reserved for Anniversaries and Birthdays and the food and beer is to die for, but not literally. After a last luxury breakfast at Rick Stein, well Poached Egg on Toast, we decided to avoid any public eating. We filled up the car with Petrol for the last time on the 11th March. TW managed to get into her Mum's Care Home on the 19th March, a special day! With a shutdown rumoured to be imminent I had my last Monday ride on the Ferry to the Purbecks on Monday 23rd.
